Academics are working with a number of high-achieving Secondary Schools across Oxford, who are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional help.
* Help students understand tasks and reinforce key learning.
* Encourage students to stay focused, motivated and engaged.
* Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
* Build positive relationships with students and staff.
Job Details:

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
