Teaching Assistant- Reading

Academics is in partnership with a number of high-achieving Secondary Schools across Reading to join their teams
The Teaching Assistant role:
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Supporting individuals or small groups who require extra support
* Reinforce learning by explaining tasks and concepts
* Encourage students to maintain focus
* Support students outside the classroom where necessary
* Promoting positive behaviour in line with the school's policy

* Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
