This primary school are seeking a Teaching Assistant that has a fantastic willingness to learn and has a real desire to work with children with additional needs/ SEN.

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would:
* Have a genuine passionate working with children with SEN
* Driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
* Be able to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
* Assist with planning of activities with class teacher & SENCO
* Help with general class teaching assistant duties
