Teaching Assistant- Wokingham

Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and students to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important part in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing classroom support during lessons.
* Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who require additional guidance.
* Helping to explain lesson content and reinforce learning.
* Encouraging participation, confidence, and independence.
* Supporting students with their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement.
* Assisting teachers with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Pay: £93-£110 per day
Contract: Full-time Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
