Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Crawley

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and creative lessons

Working 1:1 and with small groups to support learning and development

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
*
Assisting with planning, preparation, and classroom management
*
Supporting children with additional needs as required
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential)

A genuine passion for working with children
*
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
*
A flexible, nurturing, and patient approach to supporting learning
*
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
