About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting pupils' learning and development. Working alongside experienced teachers and staff, you'll help create a vibrant and inclusive classroom environment where children feel encouraged and inspired every day.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Provide tailored assistance through one-on-one and small group support
* Help manage classroom behaviour to ensure a focused learning space
* Prepare learning resources to enrich classroom activities
* Assist with extracurricular activities and encourage social interaction
* Monitor student progress and communicate observations with staff
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all learners
About You:
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable
* A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
* Empathetic, adaptable, and patient
* Committed to supporting both the academic and personal growth of pupils
* Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are an advantage
