Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young children with additional needs? We are recruiting for a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a Reception-aged pupil in a primary school in South Birmingham. This rewarding position requires a nurturing and committed individual who can provide consistent support throughout the academic year.

About the Role:

Supporting a pupil in Reception with communication difficulties

*

Providing personal care as part of the daily routine (this is essential)

*

Working in and out of the classroom, adapting to the pupil's needs throughout the day

*

Collaborating closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external professionals to support the child's development

*

Building a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for the pupil to thrive in

Flexible and proactive, able to support the pupil both in class and during time outside of class

Based in or able to travel easily to South Birmingham
