Teaching Assistant - Level 2 / 3
Where: Wirral (Birkenhead, Bromborough, Neston, and more)
Salary: £90-£100 per day
Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Do you want to make a real difference in their learning and development? We're looking for a dedicated Level 2 / 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the Wirral, including areas such as West Kirby, Birkenhead, Neston and more.
What You'll Do:
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to support children with additional needs.
* Deliver tailored learning interventions and support lesson plans.
* Help build confidence, independence, and social skills in pupils.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and colleagues to track progress.
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 Learning Support/Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting children with SEND is a big plus.
* Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
* A team player who's flexible, proactive, and child-focused.
