Academics are currently working with a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven primary school in Wandsworth that is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The school is committed to creating a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to succeed, grow, and develop confidence. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons within KS2
* Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress
* Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of learning materials, and supporting classroom displays
* Provide support for pupils with additional educational needs and help implement tailored strategies
* Promote high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and pupil welfare
