We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham from April.

This inclusive and well-respected school is recognised for its strong pastoral care, supportive leadership, and commitment to ensuring every child is given the tools to succeed. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and wider support staff to provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your support will help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially.

Role details:

Full-time position, term-time only

Pay rate: £90-£95 per day, depending on experience

Structured yet friendly working hours

Key responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs

*

Assist in adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needs

*

Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional regulation

*

Support pupils' social development and classroom engagement

*

Work in partnership with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
