Role Details
* Location:Hammersmith and Fulham
* Start Date:April 2026
* Contract:Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Pay:£95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), delivering 1:1 and small-group support
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Implement positive behaviour strategies and support pupils' emotional wellbeing and regulation
* Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
* Be patient, proactive, and supportive
* Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
