Secondary Teaching Assistants - September Start | West London
We are working with a number of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools in West London who are seeking Secondary Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September. These opportunities are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and making a meaningful impact in the classroom.
The succesful candidate will support students across a range of abilities and needs while gaining valuable classroom experience.
The Role:
* Working as a Secondary Teaching Assistant supporting students across KS3-KS5
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a West London secondary school
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping to build student confidence, engagement and progress
