Key Responsibilities
* Providing classroom support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Working with individual pupils and small groups
* Supporting literacy, numeracy, and classroom activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Teaching Assistant We're Looking For
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
* Able to commute to St. Albans
