As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing production teams across potting, spacing, disbudding, and grading
* Planning and delivering daily production activities in line with crop schedules and KPIs
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and control labour costs
* Ensuring compliance with SOPs, health & safety standards, and strong 5S housekeeping
* Managing performance, training, absence, and holiday planning within your teams
As a Team Leader, your experience will include:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within Production or Manufacturing
* Strong people leadership, planning, and organisational skills
* Confidence working to targets, deadlines, and production schedules
* A continuous improvement mindset, with Lean or 5S experience beneficial
* Own transport is essential due to the Christchurch location
