Job Title: Technical Architect

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national architectural practice with studios spread across the UK and have given award winning design services to a range of building sectors. They are on the lookout for a Technical Architect to deliver on a range of industrial projects for their Leeds studio

Duties for the role of Technical Architect:
* Work alongside colleagues to develop success for both the business and clients
* Provide support and experience to ensure the delivery projects
* Develop technical solutions from project briefs that comply with the RIBA Plan of Work
* Undertake project and client meetings, alongside collaborating with clients and contractors
* Produce designs that comply with UK building regulations and engage in project reviews
Skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post qualification experience
* Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience working across a broad range of sectors
* Experience within the industrial sector is advantageous
* Job running experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent technical and drawing skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
