Daily Duties

* Lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages

* Oversee production of technical drawing packages, specifications, and construction information

* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards

* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architectural teams

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery

* Review technical detailing and documentation quality

* Undertake site visits and resolve technical issues during construction

Ideal Candidate

* Strong experience within a UK architectural practice, ideally delivering residential or mixed-use developments

* Proven ability to lead technical delivery and coordinate project teams

* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment

* Experience across multiple RIBA stages

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology (CIAT or equivalent preferred)
