We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales and Customer Service Representative. The role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal, exceptional customer service and sales skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cross-selling/upselling to increase basket size and provide attentive and personalised assistance to incoming customer enquiries. You will also be required to make outbound calls to promote the products and services of the company.
