The Planning Team
The Planning division comprises over 100 professionals across London and Scotland.
The Central London Planning team specialises in delivering expert advice to owners, developers, and occupiers within the capital. Their portfolio includes high-profile and complex schemes, such as:
* Selfridges masterplan
* Redevelopment of the M&S headquarters, Oxford Street
* Ewer Street masterplan for Landsec
* BT Centre redevelopment
* Masterplan for St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington
* Moorfields Eye Hospital
* Winstanley Estate regeneration in Wandsworth

The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented, personable, and commercially aware Planner to join the Central London Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on flagship projects, gain exposure to clients early in your career, and grow within a supportive, highly respected partnership.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide clear, strategic planning advice to clients.
* Support in the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and representations.
* Contribute to and help develop planning strategies and project programmes.
* Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to business development.
* Attend client meetings and represent the team in both formal and informal settings.
* Maintain professional development and contribute to team growth.
What We're Looking For
* RTPI and/or RICS (P&D) accredited qualification
* Recently MRTPI qualified or working towards chartered status
* 1-3 years' experience in planning (public or private sector)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for planning and development
* Proactive, self-motivated and organised
* Confident using Microsoft Office suite
