The Role

As a Town Planner, you'll be working on a diverse range of projects across sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll provide expert planning advice to clients, prepare and submit planning applications, and contribute to public consultations and appeals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility and fast-track their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support planning applications and appraisals

*

Manage relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders

*

Represent clients in public consultations and planning appeals

*

Contribute to Local Plan representations and enforcement cases

*

Mentor junior team members and support their development

About You:

*

RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards chartered membership)

*

Experience working in planning (public or private sector)

*

Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
