Job Title: Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly respected regional property consultancy in their search for a talented Town Planner to join their growing team in Newcastle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and well-established firm that provides expert advice across the Residential, Commercial, Development and Rural property sectors. The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll be involved in a broad range of planning projects across the region and beyond. The work will span sectors and scales, offering great variety and the chance to build strong client relationships. You'll be supported in your development and encouraged to take on responsibility suited to your experience and ambitions.
Requirements
* RTPI accredited degree
* Experience working in a planning role within a consultancy or local authority
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Ambition to develop professionally and contribute to a growing business
