I'm currently working with a well-established and growing firm known for delivering commercially focused planning advice across a wide range of sectors. The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting senior team members while also taking ownership of your own schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
* Conducting site appraisals and planning research
* Liaising with local authorities, clients, and external consultants
* Supporting project delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
* Contributing to planning strategies and reports
