* Work on precision components used across aerospace and defence sectors
* Solder and assemble items to tight tolerances using a range of techniques
* Use test equipment to check and confirm functionality
* Follow workflow instructions and learn to read technical drawings
As a Trainee Electrical Assembler, your experience will include:
* Confidence using hand and power tools, perhaps from a college or university course
* An interest in technology, whether that's building PCs or general tech tinkering
* Experience as a model maker (Warhammer, Airfix, or similar), comfortable with small components and following detailed instructions
