As a Trainee Welder, you will benefit from:
Full training provided with structured progression as you develop your welding skills
Pay reviews after probation and once trained
4 day working week - Monday to Thursday

As a Trainee Welder, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting welding activities under guidance and supervision
Following instructions and working to established quality standards
Preparing materials and maintaining a tidy work area
Completing tasks accurately and reliably
Carrying out general workshop duties as required
As a Trainee Welder, your experience will include:
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good attention to detail and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Comfort working in a practical, hands-on environment
Previous experience in a similar setting is beneficial but not essential
