Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality financial due diligence reports for acquisitions, disposals, and capital market transactions.
Manage project teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met for a diverse client portfolio.
Build and maintain strong networking relationships with referrers and key stakeholders.
Provide data-driven insights and commercial acumen to help clients navigate complex transaction outcomes.
Identify and focus on specific sectors or channels to drive future business development activities.
As a Transaction Services Manager you will:
Take ownership of the full transaction lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery.
Mentor and coach junior staff members, supporting their technical development and career progression.
Actively contribute to a pro-active approach to continuous development within the Transaction Services department.
Work autonomously on defined projects while maintaining a collaborative approach within the wider multidisciplinary team.
Support management teams in resolving the finer details of top-level instructions.
