About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join a fast-paced transport operations team. * Liaise with subcontractors, agencies, and external partners to maintain service levels

* Produce reports on fleet availability, driver schedules, and planned maintenance

What You'll Bring

* Strong decision-making skills and commercial awareness in time-sensitive environments

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence communicating across the organisation

* Solid understanding of relevant transport legislation, including tachograph and Working Time Directive requirements

* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-changing operational setting

* Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Experience

* 3-5 years' experience in logistics, ideally with a background in fleet or transport planning systems
