Our client is a Top 30 firm known for their proactive and driven approach, close-knit teams and vibrant social events. As the largest single office accountancy firm in the UK, the firm is comprised of various specialised teams, led by home-grown, experienced partners.
UK/US Tax Manager/Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
Manage a large client portfolio, delegating work to junior staff while ensuring assignments are completed efficiently and to firm standards before senior review.
Apply and maintain up-to-date knowledge of US tax legislation, providing technical guidance and resolving complex client issues.
Support team development by mentoring junior staff, monitoring performance, and addressing challenges in their work and progression.
Contribute to team growth through technical input, drafting guidance, and assisting with client pitches and business development efforts.
