US/UK Tax Director responsibilities include:

Driving business development opportunities through your network and collaboration with colleagues

Managing the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-focused approach

Providing development support to junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring

Contributing to people initiatives, including team retention, development, and training

Playing a significant role in the management of the team +mdash; both strategically and operationally +mdash; while overseeing junior staff development and assignments

As a US/UK Tax Director, you will have:

Significant experience at a similar level within a professional practice

Strong technical knowledge across a full range of client tax requirements, including signing off US/UK tax returns

Proven experience advising non-domiciled individuals and high-net-worth clients

Strategic and commercially aware, with excellent relationship management skills

Confident negotiation skills and can articulate and sustain well-reasoned opinions

The ability to influence and respectfully challenge when needed

The ability to lead, develop, and manage junior team members

Proven ability to identify and convert opportunities into work

Experience in billing and managing financial performance

Effective time and project management skills to meet deadlines
