US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality service, overseeing compliance standards, and ensuring risk is effectively managed.
Plan, delegate, and review work to meet deadlines, conduct complex final reviews, and sign off tax returns in line with senior agreements.
Lead billing and collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
Coach and develop junior staff, support performance management with HR where needed, and collaborate across teams while upholding professional standards and organisational values.
As a US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager you will be/have:
CTA qualified
Over 7 years+rsquo; Expatriate/Global Mobility Tax experience
Managing an extensive and varied portfolio of expatriate clients, in charge of the delivery of compliance and advisory
Experience overseeing and reviewing compliance work
Working on and identifying tax projects
Staff management skills
