Van Driver | Ringwood | £13.50 per hour
You're comfortable behind the wheel and just as capable when you're back at base. You take a pride in your work, you're reliable, and you don't mind getting stuck in when there's a physical element to the day. This is a solid opportunity for an experienced Van Driver to join a well-established business on an ongoing basis, with regular Monday to Friday hours and a varied day that keeps things moving.
As a Van Driver, you will benefit from:
Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend working
Regular hours of 42.5 hours per week, giving you a reliable routine
Ongoing temporary assignment with regular, reliable work
A varied role that combines driving and warehouse duties
As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Driving a 3.5 tonne Luton van on a multi-drop delivery route
Loading and unloading containers and taking delivery of incoming goods and supplies
Delivering orders to customers in a professional and courteous manner
Completing general warehouse and housekeeping duties when not on the road
Adhering to all health and safety requirements, including manual handling procedures
As a Van Driver, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a multi-drop or delivery driving role within logistics , distribution , or a similar warehouse environment
A full UK driving licence with a clean or near-clean record
Confidence with manual handling and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
A high level of attention to detail and a good understanding of written English
A practical, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently on the road and as part of a team on site
