Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Woking
📍 Area Covered: Woking
💷 Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00
Are you an experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Facilities Maintenance provider and play a key role in delivering high-quality building services across residential sites in Woking.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Undertake general building services work, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
- Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required.
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures to maintain building performance.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
- Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.
- Proven background in commercial maintenance.
