Videographer / Video Editor + Media Producer required for an award winning, dynamic and exciting company with a high level media profile; with offices in Farnham, Surrey - really exciting opportunity!

Role Overview:

You+rsquo;ll be responsible for filming and editing a wide range of video content +ndash; from large-scale performances and events to choir rehearsals, member experiences, and new projects.

This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines creativity with organisation. You+rsquo;ll collaborate closely with their inhouse videographer and liaise with other external videographers / teams, but also need to manage your own workload, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Filming + Production

+middot; Capture live performances, rehearsals, and events

+middot; Film general projects such as highlight reels, promo footage, or creative concepts requested by the wider team.

+middot; Edit footage into high-quality, engaging videos for promotional use on social media, websites, internal membership, and more.

+middot; Work closely with the social media team to produce various exports and formats tailored for each platform.

+middot; Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines, company values and campaign goals.

+middot; Apply creative editing techniques, including colour correction + grading, sound mixing, and design to elevate the overall production quality.

+middot; Organise and manage video assets and file storage to ensure efficient post-production workflow.

+middot; Stay up to date with evolving video formats and trends across social media and digital platforms.

+middot; Assist in shoots by setting up cameras, lighting, and sound equipment when required.

+middot; Show passion for event coverage and storytelling, creating dynamic and engaging content from raw footage.

Collaboration + Workflow

+middot; Work alongside and with the internal and external teams and videographers where needed to ensure a consistent visual style.

+middot; Embrace feedback and be confident in revising content to meet creative briefs.

Travel + Flexibility

+middot; Full, clean UK driving license.

+middot; Available to travel across the UK (and occasionally overseas) for events and filming.

+middot; Willingness to work overtime, evenings and weekends, when required.

+middot; Own cameras/video production equipment (desirable).

Additional Support

+middot; Assist internal teams with video-related tasks and media requests when needed.

+middot; Support the setup of video shoots, including basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment when required.

+middot; Maintain well-organised digital archives and media libraries to ensure quick and efficient access to video assets.

Skills + Experience

+middot; Strong videography skills with a focus on live events and storytelling.

+middot; Solid editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).

+middot; Solid animation experience in After Effects (or similar).

+middot; Understanding of different social media platforms and their export requirements.

+middot; Detail-oriented with a creative eye and problem-solving mindset.

+middot; Confident managing your own projects and workload.

+middot; Positive, friendly, calm and team-focused attitude.

+middot; Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

+middot; Versatile and willingness to accept direction.

+middot; Must have a car and be comfortable travelling to different locations.

Additional Skills + Knowledge

+middot; Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, for integrated graphic design tasks.

+middot; Experience in video editing techniques such as motion graphics, sound design/mixing, and advanced colour correction/grading.

+middot; Able to manage complex projects from concept to final delivery while meeting tight deadlines.

+middot; Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

+middot; Experience producing a variety of content types including interviews, promotional clips, and event coverage.

+middot; A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality videography and editing is essential.

+middot; Experience in graphic design and its application in video and marketing assets (desirable).

+middot; Owning video production equipment (camera, lighting, etc.) is a bonus.
