* Monitoring and escalating safeguarding, welfare, or risk concerns

* Responding calmly and professionally to incidents or client needs

* Upholding infection prevention, health & safety, and governance standards

* Reinforcing 12-Step and trauma-informed approaches in daily practice

What you bring

You are steady under pressure, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of professional boundaries in a therapeutic setting. You're reliable, observant, and committed to supporting people in recovery.

We're looking for:

* Experience in health, social care, recovery or residential settings

* Understanding of safeguarding and risk awareness

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Emotional resilience and consistency

* Commitment to recovery-focused, trauma-informed practice

Desirable:

* Experience in addiction or mental health services

* Knowledge of 12-Step approaches

* Behaviour management experience

* Care Certificate (or willingness to complete)

* UK driving licence

Night support is essential in maintaining safety, continuity, and therapeutic stability. Your work helps hold the environment together overnight, ensuring clients remain supported and the recovery process continues in a safe and structured way.
