Picking and packing orders accurately to meet daily targets
Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
Moving goods safely around the warehouse
Carrying out regular stock checks
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
As a Warehouse Operative, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for periods of the shift
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to follow instructions and work accurately at pace
Confidence working independently once trained
