Job Title: Water Hygiene Team Lead

The Opportunity

A well-established and forward-thinking water hygiene provider is looking to appoint a Water Hygiene Team Lead to support and manage a team of engineers delivering compliance services across healthcare, education, and commercial sites. This role suits an experienced professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

As a Water Hygiene Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

* Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of water hygiene engineers

* Completing water hygiene and treatment duties such as TMV servicing, flushing, and temperature monitoring

* Carrying out inspections and disinfection of cold water storage tanks, calorifiers, and associated pipework

* Undertaking minor remedial plumbing works when required

* Maintaining clear communication with clients, site contacts, and internal teams

Requirements

To be considered for this Water Hygiene Team Lead position, you will need:

* At least 5 years' experience within water hygiene or plumbing

* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

* Strong working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and HTM 04-01

* A full UK driving licence

* Relevant water hygiene training (essential)
