The position of Water Softener Engineer offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from installation and maintenance to servicing and repair of water softening systems. You will join a friendly and professional team with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the role of Water Softener Engineer:

Relevant mechanical or plumbing qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

*

Experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of water softeners and filtration systems.

*

Good understanding of water treatment processes and equipment.

*

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*

Install, service, and maintain water softening and filtration systems across commercial and domestic sites.

*

Carry out routine inspections and performance testing of water treatment equipment.

*

Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently and safely.

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.

*

Provide clear, detailed service reports and maintain accurate job documentation.

*

Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

*

Attend emergency callouts and perform reactive maintenance as required.
