A well-established mainstream primary school in Didcot, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This position is ideal for teachers with experience in KS1 classrooms who hold UK QTS. The school offers a supportive environment and a collaborative team, including other Year 1 teachers, within their two-form entry structure.
The successful candidate will:
* Inspire a love of learning in young pupils
* Monitor progress carefully and set targets tailored to individual needs
* Be a positive role model to all children
* Have a thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* Work closely with other KS1 staff to plan and deliver a consistent and engaging curriculum
