* Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential)
* Has a creative and engaging approach to learning
* Builds strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families
* Has a good understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and how to support children in the transition from the EYFS
* Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture
