The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum as a Year 1 Teacher
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school development
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for inspiring young learners
* A commitment to maintaining high expectations and pupil success
