The Role
As the Year 1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and purposeful lessons that encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. We are looking for a Year 1 Teacher who can create a positive classroom environment where children feel motivated, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.
Working closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leaders, you will contribute to a culture of excellence while helping pupils achieve strong academic and personal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

About You
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience within Key Stage 1. You will have excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping children succeed.
