As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching tailored to individual learning needs
* Create a warm, positive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere
* Foster a love of learning through creative and differentiated planning
* Work closely with a supportive year group team to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Year 1 Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or equivalent
* Experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 1 (preferred, not essential)
* Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing, inclusive teaching style
* A reflective and adaptable practitioner with a commitment to continuous development
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a vibrant school setting
