Year 2 Teacher - What We're Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent).
* Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply - full support and mentoring are in place.
* A teacher with strong classroom management and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Someone who can plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons tailored to Year 2 pupils.
* A collaborative and proactive team player, keen to make a meaningful impact.
* Confident in assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a genuine love of learning.
