Key Responsibilities
As the Year 3 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to support individual development
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils' confidence, wellbeing, and independence
* Working closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil outcomes
Candidate Requirements
The successful Year 3 Teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
