An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school located in the heart of Reading from September 2026. This role is ideal for a Year 3 Teacher seeking a fresh opportunity at the beginning of the academic year within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

The successful Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for a class of approximately 20 pupils, allowing for more focused teaching and the opportunity to build strong relationships with students while supporting their transition into Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
The appointed Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment. Duties include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to support learning and development
* Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and confidence
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal Year 3 Teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development
