The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education
* Have experience teaching in primary (ideally Year 3), though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
* Use creativity and initiative to support pupils' academic and personal development
* Work well independently and as part of a supportive team
