Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join one of our fantastic partner primary schools in Dover, East Kent. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting upper KS2 pupils as they grow in confidence and independence.

What you'll do as a Year 3 Teacher:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored specifically to Year 5 pupils
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to deliver high-quality learning
* Promote curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
What we're looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / Early Careers Teachers (ECT) welcome
* Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3 or lower KS2
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
* A nurturing, proactive, and organised approach
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
