Role Details
* Location: Primary School in Camden
* Start Date: March 2026 (Long-term position)
* Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)
The Role
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils thrive in their learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom through small-group and one-to-one interventions
* Helping pupils engage with lessons and complete their classwork
* Supporting children to build confidence and make strong academic progress
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning
* Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting
* Be a proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be passionate about supporting pupils and contributing to a positive learning environment
