Academics is working with a lovely village primary school on the outskirts of Crewe to recruit a Year 5 Teacher for a full-time role starting this term.
This is initially a one-term position, with the potential to continue on a longer-term basis for the right person.
The school is a welcoming, close-knit village primary with a supportive staff team and well-behaved pupils. They're looking for a teacher who can quickly build positive relationships, deliver engaging lessons, and create a calm, encouraging classroom environment.
The role:
* Full-time Year 5 class teacher
* One-term contract initially, with the possibility of extending
* Planning, teaching and assessment responsibilities
* Supportive leadership team and friendly staff
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS (or equivalent)
* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
* Is organised, reliable and committed to helping pupils achieve their best
* Can hit the ground running and become part of the school community
