We are working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Ellesmere Port, Chester and Wirral areas who are looking for a dedicated Year 6 teacher to guide pupils through their final year of primary education. This is a rewarding role where your impact truly lasts.
Whether you're an experienced KS2 teacher or an enthusiastic ECT with a love for upper key stage 2, this could be the perfect next step in your teaching journey.
👩🏫👨🏫 What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
* Supporting pupils academically and emotionally as they prepare for SATs and transition to secondary school
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
* Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership teams
✅ What We're Looking For
* QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
* Experience as a Year 6 Teacher or teacher of upper KS2 (or strong placement experience)
* Confidence, creativity, and strong classroom management
* A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
