A specialist school in Wokingham is looking for a dedicated Youth Mental Health Worker to join their supportive team on a full-time basis. As a Youth Mental Health Worker, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, anxiety, trauma, and behavioural challenges. The school provides a nurturing and therapeutic environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

* Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

The successful Youth Mental Health Worker will provide both one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils manage emotions, develop resilience, and engage positively with their education. You will work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff to implement strategies that promote wellbeing and independence.
