Youth Worker
Location: Bracknell
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £90 - £105 per day

A dynamic and inclusive school is seeking a Youth Worker to join their team as soon as possible. As a Youth Worker, you will support students who may face behavioural, social, or emotional challenges.
In this Youth Worker position, you will work with pupils both inside and outside the classroom. The Youth Worker will act as a positive role model, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and life skills.
As a Youth Worker, you will:
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Support students with behavioural and emotional needs
* Help de-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Build strong, supportive relationships with young people
* Work alongside teachers, SEN staff, and external agencies
